THE COTTAGE

 It is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage on south Lake Rosseau in Muskoka, on Ferndale Road between Port Carling and MLG&CC. 

Nestled on a point in a small bay and protected by an island break, the cottage enjoys 180 degree views: from the northeast & Venetian Islands and to 

the sunsets in the west.  The location gives extra warmth from strong winds and the large white pines offer filtered shade from the mid-day sun.

Enjoy true cottaging, with 2 bunkies separate from the main cottage. 

• The main cottage has the master en suite, kitchen, living room, dining room and half bathroom. 
• The Front Bunkie has 1 double bed and 2 twin beds + full bath, and is located just steps from the main cottage. 
• The Upper Bunkie has 1 queen bedroom, 1 full bath, and 1 room with double bunkbeds, and is located behind the Front Bunkie allowing for more privacy. It is ideal for 2 different families enjoying the property.

There are many decks, allowing for different gatherings depending on the occasion.

There is a private deck off the master bedroom, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the loons surface. 

The main level deck includes a large outdoor dining table for all guests to enjoy meals, either slightly shaded from the mid-day sun or watching breathtaking sunsets. 

The large deck above the boathouse has ample seating for cocktail parties, lounge chairs to enjoy the views, and a large hot tub for hours of entertainment. 

There are 2 swim ladders; one at the boathouse and the other on the west facing swim dock, which enjoys hours of golden sunshine.
